Captures

Forest path
Pavel Tanhäuser · CC BY 4.0
The wood the hero burns in. Commercial use is permitted; attribution is not optional.
Gold — Blender 4.2 splash
Blender Studio · CC BY 4.0
The painted reef. Their scene, their brush-stroke system, their fish; the camera move and the loop are ours.

Generated

Meadow at golden hour
Google Gemini · generated
The nice day. It replaced a path-traced meadow of ours, still in the tree at /scene/meadow.mp4 — that one looped exactly, and this one does not have to, because the blank ends before the clip does. Generated at 720 lines; upscaled to 1080 with Real-ESRGAN after the fact.
Satellite in low orbit
Google Gemini · generated
The glimpse at something bigger. Shedding panels over a cloud deck, which is a thing nobody here simulated and nobody here can tell you the physics of. Generated at 720 lines; upscaled to 1080 with Real-ESRGAN after the fact.
Skirmish in a pine forest
a video model · generated
The worlds quite different from ours. The other two clips arrived carrying their maker's provenance claim in the file; this one arrived as a bare re-encode with none, so which model drew it went unrecorded — which, on this page, is itself worth recording.

Typefaces

Fraunces
Undercase Type · OFL 1.1
Display. Variable on optical size, weight, SOFT and WONK.
Archivo
Omnibus-Type · OFL 1.1
Everything that is not a headline.
IBM Plex Mono · IBM Plex Sans
IBM · OFL 1.1
Mono sets the instrument readouts. Sans is in the stack to carry Greek, and is reached for nothing else.

Built with

Next.js and React, Tailwind for the scale, Framer Motion for the easing. The starfield, the splat viewer, the fire volume and the campfire — a WebGPU combustion solve, simulated and rendered, no model involved — are ours. Everything that moves is driven off one clock.
