STAR Labs is a small applied research group working on the hard problem of building AI systems that genuinely understand physical space — not just render it or label it, but reason within it. We're early, which means the problems are open and the decisions are real.

We're looking for people who:

• ✦Think seriously about 3D representations, physics simulation, or scene understanding
• ✦Have built things — engines, renderers, simulation pipelines, or ML systems that touch geometry
• ✦Are comfortable working at the boundary of research and implementation
• ✦Want to work on problems that don't have clean answers yet
